Makeup artist Marcelo Gutierrez announces his debut book, “Nothing Precious,” a photographic exploration of his creative journey in New York City over the past decade.

Photographers Renell Medrano and Aidan Zamiri contribute to this tribute to the collaborators and muses shaping Gutierrez's work, with a foreword by actress Lily-Rose Depp.

The book showcases bold, intimate images reflecting the grit and glamor of his journey through fashion and art, featuring cultural icons like Paloma Elsesser, Lourdes Leon, Gabriette, and Joan Smalls, each portrayed in characters designed by Gutierrez. The book celebrates the power of collaboration and the artistic family he has cultivated, honoring those instrumental in his career. “Nothing Precious is a testament to prioritizing personal artistic agendas and legacies,” says Gutierrez.
